Tickets! Tickets! Get your tickets! Professional sports and their revered franchises were the attractions for these (200+) stadium-issued vouchers. Spanning the 1930s through 2000s, these admission souvenirs present beautifully and hail from since-razed venues and monumental events. Highlights include: World Series Stubs: 1960 Game 3 (Yankee Stadium, Mantle HR); Game 4 (Yankee Stadium); Game 5 (Yankee Stadium); Game 6 (Forbes Field); 1971 (2) Game 3 (Three Rivers Stadium, first-ever WS night game). More on our website.

Additional highlights include:

(2) 1971 NLDS Game 2: issued at Three Rivers Stadium for Roberto Clemente’s last-ever game in Pittsburgh

1960 World Series: issued by the Chicago White Sox for Game 5 at Comiskey Park, this full ticket presents (EX-MT). In an attempt to repeat as American League champions, the Pale Hose were within two games as late as September 16, but went 6-8 for the remainder of the season to finish in third place

(2) 1982 World Series: issued by the Chicago White Sox for Games 4 and 5, respectively, the Comiskey Park tickets were warranted as the ChiSox pulled to within 3-1/2 games as late as September 11 before a 6-10 swoon dashed their hopes. The Game 4 full ticket presents (NM), while the Game 5 voucher is (VG-EX) with fading and minor creases

1937 Pitt vs. Carnegie Tech (Football): a Pitt Stadium stub (presents EX) from the October 30 battle between the local rivals
(2) August 18 1945 Reds vs. Braves: stubs issued at Braves Field for a slugfest in which the rivals combined for 14 runs in the first inning! Both present (EX)
(4) 1970 Three Rivers Stadium First–Ever Game: full unused tickets from the July 16, 1970 contest between the Pirates and Cincinnati Reds in which Forbes Field was replaced by the symmetrical “cookie cutter” venue. All present (VG-EX) with faint vertical creases near the center
(2) September 25, 1968: issued at Forbes Field for a contest between the Pirates and Cincinnati Reds (both Clemente and Stargell collected hits that day). Thin stock vouchers present beautifully and were likely pulled from a season-ticket booklet
1983 NCAA Basketball East Regional Finlas: issued at Syracuse University for the contest in which Michael Jordan and the North Carolina Tar Heels were ousted by Georgia, 82-77
(2) April 10, 1986 Dodgers vs. Padres: issued at Dodger Stadium for a game in which Tony Gwynn delivered career hits #561 and 562 to lift the visitors to a 3-2 triumph. Full ticket and stub (both present EX-MT)
2000 National League East Tie-Breaker: issued by the New York Mets for a tie-breaking game in the event that the Mets and Braves were deadlocked after 162 regular season games. The Mets did win eight of their last nine to make it interesting, but had to settle for the Wild Card (and eventually, the National League pennant). The ticket presents (NM)
April 27, 2003 Phillies vs. Giants: issued at Veterans Stadium in that venue’s final season, the full ticket granted its bearer a vantage point to witness Kevin Millwood fan 10 en route to a 1-0 no-hitter. Ticket presents nicely but has small crease and handwritten notation
